Blanch confirmation faces challenges from Epstein file FBI Interviews
Jane Doe 4 FBI interviews accuse Trump of sexual assault when she was 13 years-old
via Rawstory
A legal battle over one Jeffrey Epstein accuser’s unreleased FBI interview notes has emerged as a flashpoint threatening to complicate acting Attorney General Todd Blanche’s path to confirmation, as a federal judge presses the Justice Department for answers it has so far declined to give.
The woman, known in court filings as Jane Doe 4, alleged in four 2019 FBI interviews that she was abused by Epstein in the 1980s and separately assaulted by Donald Trump when she was between 13 and 15 years old, and a federal judge has asked the Justice Department for answers about her case that have so far not been provided, reported The Guardian.
The White House has dismissed the claims as “completely baseless,” but the case has taken on outsized significance because Jane Doe 4 is among the only alleged Epstein victims to have directly accused the president — and because the Justice Department’s handling of her file has become emblematic of broader concerns about its compliance with the Epstein Transparency Act.
Federal Judge Emmet Sullivan last week ordered Blanche to produce unredacted versions of already-released files by July 2 or explain why he cannot, and he separately ordered the release of handwritten interview notes from Jane Doe 4’s FBI sessions that have never been made public.
But several of the FBI notes on her interviews, after being initially hidden, have been released.
As I noted in this substack, through the efforts of journalist Roger Solenberger the three missing interviews have been released through the Guardian.
The general summary of her claims were included on a Powerpoint slide shown below.
By searching for the file reference used by Sollenberger (3501.045) I found the new releases which include this interview EFTA02858481.pdf which matches the Powerpoint item above.

II recalled at least one incident in which EPSTEIN took her off of the Island when she was between 13 to 15 years old. He drove her and/or flew her to either New York or New Jersey. She was, “introduced to someone with money, money... It was Donald Trump.” II and EPSTEIN were with others, to include TRUMP, in a very tall building with huge rooms. TRUMP did not like II, “from the get-go, he didn’t like that I was a boy-girl” (referencing a tomboy).
II could not recall the identities of the other individuals present; however, they all exited when TRUMP asked everyone to leave the room. TRUMP mentioned something to the effect of, “Let me teach you how little girls are supposed to be.” TRUMP unzipped his pants and put head, “down to his penis”. II, “bit the shit out of it.” TRUMP struck II and said words to the effect of, “get this little bitch the hell out of here.”
II advised she bit TRUMP’s penis because he disgusted her. “He had money, it reeked off of him.” At that point, people reentered the room no further information provided). II recalled a blond beautiful woman approaching her at some point that day after her interaction with TRUMP.
The woman said, “let me give you a tip little girl about your breasts, wear a bra every night.” Those words have stayed with her throughout the years.
II got the feeling the relationship between EPSTEIN and TRUMP included certain amount of jealousy. She thought TRUMP appeared jealous of EPSTEIN, but at some point, they ended up on level playing fields. TRUMP and EPSTEIN sometimes used the terms “fresh meat”, “untainted” and “not jaded” while referring to girls. At the time she heard it, II did not understand the term “not jaded”. She subsequently looked up the word “jaded”. II stated she had two additional interactions with TRUMP, but she asked that the interview move on to a different subject for the time being.

EPSTEIN talked about blackmailing people in front of U. U was confident TRUMP knew EPSTEIN blackmailed people because she heard EPSTEIN and TRUMP talking about it. II stated she knew TRUMP had illegal building permits. She heard him (TRUMP) talking about washing money through casinos. Number 6 is Donald Trump’s favorite number. was not sure how she knew that, but she had heard it at one point. II stated that EPSTEIN’ blackmailing of her mother, “ruined my family”.
II asked the Agents to keep her safe stating, “Throughout my life his (EPSTEIN’s) people have found me... have kept tabs on me.”
This incident is mentioned in this document (EFTA02858491.pdf).
The interviewing agents asked II to provide additional details regarding her first interaction with DONALD TRUMP when she was approximately 13 to 15 years old, in either New York or New Jersey, and while also in the company of JEFFREY EPSTEIN. II clarified that when she previously said TRUMP struck her after she bit him on the penis, she provided further details that he, “pulled (her] hair and punched (her] on the side of (her] head.”
In this interview, the witness also describes years of receiving threatening calls which she attributed to Epstein and Trump.
“we know where you’re at, you need to keep your mouth shut.”
Trump is also mentioned in this document (EFTA01245620.pdf)..
later viewed the image sent her with her friend and neighbor,
. II told , “That is the person who has caused me great harm and affected my entire life. He’s a nightmare.” photograph sent her was still saved in her cell phone messages. Upon request by the Agents, II accessed the image, and before she showed the picture to the interviewing Agents, II asked whether she could crop the photograph to include only the man she was referring to (essentially cropping out one or more individuals also included in the picture). attorney, Mr. offhandedly mentioned the word “President” while looking at the image on cell phone. The Agents asked whether II would be comfortable explaining why she wanted to crop the photograph. When II hesitated, attorney advised II was concerned about implicating additional individuals, and specifically any that were well known, due to fear of retaliation. The Agents advised II she could crop the image to show only what she felt comfortable with if she felt it was necessary.
[Administrative Note: II agreed to allow the Agents to take a photograph of the cropped image (attached electronically as a 1A attachment). Of note, the particular image sent to her by was recognized by Agents as a widely distributed photograph of JEFFREY EPSTEIN and current United States President DONALD TRUMP. The cropped image II provided to the Agents only included JEFFREY EPSTEIN.]
II advised the Agents, she was 100% positive the man in the photograph was “JEFF”, the man [detailed above] who she initially believed she was hired to babysit for, and who sexually abused II multiple times beginning when she was approximately 13 years old on [redacted]

The order came in a civil case brought by journalist Katie Phang, and late Friday the DOJ’s third-ranking official, Stanley Woodward, gave notice he would join the case, a move one attorney involved called a sign that officials “really, really don’t want these documents released.”
The case has drawn particular scrutiny because Blanche, Trump’s former personal attorney, personally oversaw the document-review process, directing a team of 500 reviewers through several chaotic release waves that exposed victims’ names and compromising photographs while quietly retracting other records without explanation.
Critics argue that roughly 2.5 million additional documents deemed “duplicative” or legally protected were withheld without sufficient justification, despite a law that explicitly bars withholding records over embarrassment or political sensitivity.
Only one outlet, South Carolina’s Post and Courier, has reviewed the still-unreleased interview notes, reporting that they reference high school friends who might corroborate parts of Jane Doe 4’s account but do not address her alleged encounter with Trump.
A Jane Doe joined a lawsuit against Epstein’s estate in 2020 with allegations and biographical details that line up with the FBI interviews, but she later dropped her claims.
The Guardian spoke to a family member who said Jane Doe 4 is “staying off the grid” and lives in fear of retaliation from the Trump administration, adding that she’s “coping” with “chronic trauma” related to the Epstein saga “the best she can,” and an attorney who represented her during the two FBI interviews said he never received follow-up calls from the agents or copies of their reports that are usually provided to defense counsel.
Blanche will not be challenged with this facts as he approaches his confirmation hearings for becoming the Actual Attorney General. He is likely to dodge Senate questions since this issue is part of Katie Phang’s ongoing litigation, but the judge has already determined that he has conceded all of the primary complaints from Phang’s suit. At this time, he is required to either provide the missing and unredacted documents, or explain exactly why he can’t produce them and why they can’t be independently reviewed by a Special Master.
Neither of those actions are likely to turn out well for him.

Does Todd Blanche assume he can break the law and stay out of prison because Pam Bondi broke the law and has yet to be arrested? Republicans protect wealthy pedophiles because scores of Republicans—including Donald Trump—are identified as pedophiles in the Epstein files. However, regardless of Party affiliation, every customer, every associate, and every guest, of Jeffrey Epstein that trafficked, or pimped, or raped a child —and every employee of every government entity who knew of the rapes and covered them up—must be identified, indicted, prosecuted, convicted, and thrown into prison. And that includes President Donald Trump, just fired Attorney General, Pam Bondi, and Interim Attorney General, Todd Blanche.
America’s convicted criminal President stands accused of sexual assault by 26 adult women. Multiple courts have found Donald Trump liable for the sexual assault of E. Jean Carroll, and ordered him to pay her $ millions in compensation and penalties.
Trump is also accused of slapping and violently raping a 13-year-old child provided to him by his good friends—the pedophile sex traffickers, Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
Three FBI depositions—(taken under oath from a second victim who testified that between 13 and 15 years of age, she was raped by Donald Trump)—are now in the hands of both the DOJ and Congress. In spite of the existence of these depositions, Interim Attorney General Todd Blanche has announced that his DOJ will not investigate Donald Trump for the rapes.
Blanche, one of Trump’s personal attorneys, has also announced that under his direction the Department of Justice will continue to ignore the law passed by Congress on November 18, 2025 that directed the Department of Justice to release all of the Epstein files no later than December 19, 2025.
In direct violation of this law, half of the Epstein files were withheld from Congress by the DOJ during Pam Bondi’s tenure as Attorney General. Todd Blanche has made clear his intent to continue the coverup.
If—(in the millions of pages of documents the DOJ refuses to release to Congress)—Bondi and Blanche have covered-up evidence that Donald Trump is guilty of raping children, they must be charged with Obstruction of Justice.
PREDICTION: Evidence of Trump’s crimes against children will surface and topple the Trump Family Crime Syndicate; Trump, Bondi and Blanche will be prosecuted, convicted and thrown into prison.
Wow. excellent deep dive. I knew most of it, but Blanche and his ridiculous protection of criminals is beyond a sane person's imagination. No way he gets confirmed. One of these judges is going to recommend his disbarment. He does not represent "We the People" and he is not defending the Constitution.
