How do you properly react to murder when the killer has a badge?

It happens over and over again, but just what is the proper response when innocent people are murdered by the government?

We’ve all seen the video by now right?  We’ve all watched as a Grand Rapids Officer questions Patrick Lyoya who obviously has trouble with the language.  We've seen Patrick run and be chased, seen him fall, seen him struggle with the officer and his taser and then finally be shot in the back of the head.
