This is a track from my original solo CD from 2008 which focuses on the idea of making choices, and the consequences for those choices. We all have to make decisions and select a direction of which way to go in our lives.
Who is it that you want to be?
My old band Planet X (Sacto) came up with this song but we never recorded it as a group was two members left the group shortly after we wrote it. By far, it was the best song we’d ever done. Years later I recorded it myself playing all the instruments, vocals and drum programming. It’s only 2 minutes, but it hits pretty hard.
I also did a video of the song - which features images from Abu Ghraib and Hurricane Katrina and includes the images of many national and international figures. Because the images are explicit it is only available to viewers over the age of 18.
